Cedars Trading and Contracting has been shaping interiors across Qatar since 2011, bringing together skilled craftsmen, experienced designers, and a workshop that still treats every joint, seam, and finish as something worth getting right. We work across custom interior design, custom furniture design, and custom upholstery from private residences in The Pearl, Lusail, and West Bay to hospitality venues, offices, and retail showrooms throughout Doha and the wider GCC. Each project starts with a conversation and ends with a space that feels unmistakably yours. We don’t resell catalogues; we design, build, and install original pieces in materials chosen for how they age, not just how they photograph. From First Sketch to Final Install

A five-step process that keeps design, craftsmanship, and delivery in one set of hands so nothing gets lost in translation between the drawing, the workshop, and your door.

Brief & Site Visit

We meet at your space, take proper measurements, and ask the questions most suppliers skip: how you use each room, who sits where, what already works, what has always annoyed you. That brief is what everything else is built on.

Design & Material Boards

You receive layouts, renders, and physical material samples — woods, stones, fabrics, leathers, metals — so every specification is approved in person, not on a screen. Revisions are expected and welcomed at this stage.

Workshop Production

Our in-house team in Qatar begins fabrication. Frames are built, upholstery is hand-stitched, finishes are applied in controlled conditions. You get progress updates so the build never feels like a black box.

Quality Control

Before anything leaves the workshop, it is inspected against the approved drawings: dimensions, joinery, seam tension, colour match, and surface finish. If something isn’t right, it doesn’t ship.

Delivery & Installation

Our install crew handles the final step — careful transport, white-glove placement, alignment, and a walkthrough once everything is in position. You’re left with a space that’s ready to use, not a snag list.
